Welcome to the Richard L. Rice Elementary School website. Rice School is home to the Owls, and, for over twenty-five years, our dedicated staff has proudly served students from preschool through fifth grade. It's a tradition that we begin each day committing ourselves to excellence as we recite the Outstanding Owl Pledge:
